General
▾ Ability Summary
The subject is able to manipulate magnetic fields. Her manipulation range and the maximum weight she can bear far exceed the limits of ordinary Sinners. With her ability, she can control any metal object, including moving and stopping it, or attacking and defending with it at will.
▾ Awakening Signs
When the subject was still a child, her family was once kidnapped. Her exceptional resistance forced the attackers to use Mania weapons on her, but she ultimately defeated all of them. Having come into close contact with Mania weapons, she awakened as a Sinner.
▾ Corruption State
The subject displays no obvious physical abnormalities, but she is prone to long-lasting periods of belligerence. Preliminary hypothesis suggests this is caused by both Mania and her inherent personality. Close monitoring and management are constantly required.
▾ Criminal Record
The subject's full name is Catherine Augustus Andohar, the youngest daughter of the Andohar family in the early Nightfall era. Having experienced the Independence War from the start, she later reached an agreement with DisCity's supreme commander to voluntarily enter cryosleep until her services would be needed again.
▾ Criminal Record 2
[DATA DESTROYED]
Arrest Record
▾ Arrest Record 1
A prominent commander of DisCorps who had been put into cryosleep years ago by DisCity's supreme commander and was only recently awakened. Due to her involvement in the war triggered by BR-005, she has joined the Chief of the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control, operating as a partner.
▾ Arrest Record 2
The subject is the youngest daughter of the Andohar family, the arms manufacturer that earned its infamy during DisCity's early wars. Augustus displayed exceptional leadership and quick thinking from a young age, marking her as a promising future military commander. Doted on by her family her whole life, she always received what she desired, so she came to believe that a strong fighter must possess powerful weapons as well as the ability to come out of any battle the victor.
▾ Arrest Record 3
Dissatisfied with her family's clandestine manipulation of the war and wanting to protest their attempts to arrange a political marriage for her, she actively engaged in the battlefields of DisCity and the Outlands. At first, she only joined in the battles for the sake of fighting, without any political intent. However, after the DisCity War of Independence broke out, she was moved by the Independence Army's beliefs and determination. She became their leader and helped them achieve victory in their fight for independence.
▾ Arrest Record 4
After the war ended, impressed by her undefeated record and combat prowess, the DisCity Independence Army wished to cryogenically preserve her so she could exist eternally as a *weapon* to deter all those who might challenge the fruits of their victory. She readily agreed. However, in N.F. 103, she was awakened by the second commander of the Independence Army, who demanded she eliminate all of DisCorps's opponents. This enraged her, and she ultimately refused to carry out the mission and instead assassinated the commander.
Serving Term
▾ Serving Term 1
After joining the Bureau, the subject continues to act entirely as she pleases, ignoring the Bureau's rules. Violations include but are not limited to: entering restricted areas without permission, supplying certain Sinners with weapons, and attempting to incite *war* within the Bureau.
▾ Serving Term 2
Recognizing her extraordinary military leadership, the Bureau invited her to conduct several lectures on the topic. However, after several excellent lectures, the Bureau received a complaint/inquiry from the subject, claiming that she wished to recruit the attendees to join her *Minos Corps*. Currently, her lectures have been discontinued.
▾ Serving Term 3
The subject treats her missions as *wars*, thus after completing each mission, she hosts a ball within the Bureau to celebrate her victory, always taking the opening dance. Sinners such as Hamel and Parfait are frequently invited to attend and dance with her.
▾ Serving Term 4
The subject considers Chief very capable and a worthy *comrade* that is her equal, paying close attention to all of Chief's actions. She trusts Chief almost unconditionally and is willing to entrust her own sword to Chief for safekeeping.
Emotion Check
▾ Emotion Check 1
[Augustus spins a car key around her fingertip.]
Augustus: Care to go for a ride with me?
• Prompt: Sure, I could use an outdoor break.
• Augustus: Come on, let's go have some fun.
• Augustus: 😘
• Prompt: Are you trying to make me play hooky?
• Augustus: That's right. Should I kidnap you and make you my subordinate instead?
• Augustus: 😉
▾ Emotion Check 2
[Augustus is inspecting the Training Room.]
Augustus: Is that all? Your training facilities could use some improvements.
• Prompt: I think it's adequate. The Bureau isn't the military.
• Augustus: You're far too lenient with your subordinates.
• Augustus: 😐
• Prompt: Then are you offering to fund said improvements?
• Augustus: No problem, I've got plenty of weapons to spare.
• Augustus: 😉
▾ Emotion Check 3
[Augustus personally delivers your medal of honor.]
Augustus: For a rookie, Chief, your performance has been quite impressive. So, will you come with me willingly, or should I have my people take you? Though I suppose staying for your own celebration wouldn't be such a bad idea.
• Prompt: So, care to join the celebration with me?
• Augustus: I was hoping you'd ask. Give me your hand.
• Augustus: 😘
• Prompt: Thank you for the recognition, but let's enjoy the celebration first before you get other ideas.
• Augustus: What a shame, but what I want will ultimately be mine. For now, accept this honor I've prepared especially for you.
• Augustus: 😏
▾ Emotion Check 4
[The celebration hasn’t begun yet, but Augustus has already changed into formal attire, pacing through the dim ballroom before the lights come on.]
Augustus: The war is over, so the victory banquet must not be taken lightly. Chief, don’t go soft at a moment like this. A celebration after triumph is what lifts morale the most.
• Prompt: No problem.
• Augustus: Then we'll lead the opening dance at the celebration together.
• Augustus: 😉
• Prompt: I'm actually a bit tired.
• Augustus: I respect your honesty. Then your place is at my side during the celebration.
• Augustus: 😏

⚠ Abduction
Augustus has been receiving warnings from the Bureau lately.
System Notifications: Supervision System: Sinner Augustus has multiple records of abducting Chief to high-risk areas for so-called *sightseeing* activities. Risk Level: Extremely High.
• Prompt: Warn her
Augustus: What else could I have done? To save a certain workaholic... I simply had to take matters into my own hands and *borrow* you for a while.
▾ Supervision Event 2
⚠ Uniform War
You discover your closet is crammed with strange uniforms.
System Notifications: Dissatisfied with your full closet of identical gray coats, Augustus has had someone tailor them into the standard uniforms worn by those under her command.
• Prompt: Stop her
▾ Supervision Event 3
⚠⚠ Junior Troops
Augustus appears to be gathering young Sinners.
System Notifications: Supervision System: Sinner Augustus has been found to frequently gather young Sinners with disciplinary issues for meetings. The purpose of these meetings remains unknown. Investigate?
System Notifications: Given Augustus's notorious history of inciting internal conflicts within the Bureau, you decide to intervene.
• Prompt: Go
System Notifications: You push open the door to the lounge and, sure enough, chaos reigns inside. But... it's not quite the kind of chaos you were expecting.
Young Sinner A: Pillow collection complete! Ready to engage in battle anytime at the Supreme Commander's orders!
Young Sinner B: The flank units are in position. Ready to surround the enemies!
System Notifications: You watch the young Sinners eagerly awaiting Augustus's commands amid the chaotic pillow fight, a headache slowly setting in.
Chief: You little troublemakers again?
Augustus: Hey, Chief... Here for an inspection?
Chief: I thought you were recruiting children for your army again. Didn't expect it to be... this kind of army.
Augustus: Are you looking down on my junior troops?
Chief: I'm just worried about them. They lost a competition last time and were depressed for quite a while. They've only just started to feel better...
Augustus: Loss breeds the desire for victory. Come on, kiddos, show them what you're made of.
Chief: Wait... what are you planning to do?
Augustus: I'm going to lead them to victory, of course. The shame of defeat can only be cleansed by triumph. Come on, kiddos. I'll take you to claim your vengeance.
Chief: ?!!
System Notifications: The lounge once again erupts into fierce war.
Augustus: That's right, Number One, sneak up from the rear and strike the left leg to destabilize your target. The rest of you, launch your assault from the blind spots and aim for vital points.
Augustus: Don't advance recklessly! Concentrate your forces and tighten your formation. See their leader? To defeat the enemy, take down their commander first. Prepare to attack together on my signal!
System Notifications: The disorganized and undisciplined adult Sinners are quickly defeated, bringing beaming smiles to the faces of the young Sinners at last.
Augustus: Well? What do you think of my junior troops now?
System Notifications: You stare at the lounge covered in goose down and cotton stuffing, momentarily speechless.
Chief: They're impressive... though it would be even better if you taught them to clean up the battlefield as well.

⚠⚠ Bounty Ranking
The dark web has just published a bounty ranking list. Augustus seems intrigued.
System Notifications: The dark web has recently revealed a bounty ranking list with detailed targets and their prices. Many of them are notorious felons connected to Mania incidents, names that have long been on your wanted list. Yet for various reasons, you haven't found the opportunity to apprehend them.
System Notifications: Upon hearing about the bounty list, Augustus curiously asks you about her own ranking on it.
Augustus: I came to ask you, where do I rank on the dark web's bounty list?
Chief: Only long-standing criminals can make it onto that list. You're certainly not among them... Wait, what's this face?
Augustus: ...An annoyed face.
Chief: ...?
System Notifications: Before you can stop her, Augustus has already thrown on her coat and is heading out the door, sword in hand.
Chief: Hold on, wait, where are you going?
Augustus: I'm going to pay these guys a visit. Let's see what skills they actually possess to deserve spots on that list.
Augustus: I've already looked into them. Just some arms dealers and gang leaders. Nothing but parasites sucking the life from this land. Eliminating them would lighten your workload a bit.
Augustus: Don't worry, I can handle this.
System Notifications: Several days later, Augustus returns to the Bureau. She jumps out of her vehicle, marches straight toward you, and shoves a set of keys at you.
Augustus: Count them. That should be everyone.
• Prompt: Ask why
Augustus: The top ten most notorious criminals on the dark web bounty list. Excluding myself, that's nine individuals. They are all chained up in the car. Feel free to count the heads yourself.
Chief: Excluding you?
System Notifications: Augustus laughs.
Augustus: I've vanquished all of them now. Which means, in a sense, I'm the one who deserves the number one spot on that bounty list.
Augustus: Now all the top ten criminals have been rounded up by the MBCC in one fell swoop. Chief, you can report mission accomplished.

⚠⚠⚠ Unsolicited Gift
The security department has recently confiscated a batch of smuggled goods.
System Notifications: Supervision System: The Bureau's security department has recently confiscated a batch of antique blades and firearms smuggled from the black market. Inspect them?
• Prompt: Go
System Notifications: As you enter the depot where the confiscated items are stored, you find Augustus already there, casually examining an ornate antique blade in her hands while watching you with an unhurried, expectant gaze.
System Notifications: It seems the culprit has already shown herself.
Chief: I should have guessed it. Such a collection of priceless antique weapons, this has your signature all over it.
Augustus: Oh, you're here? Perfect timing. Come see my collection. These are all precious items I acquired at an auction in DisCity a few days ago. Pistols, scimitars, daggers, and swords. Judging by their design, weight, and colors, quite a few would suit you perfectly.
Chief: For... me?
System Notifications: You hadn't expected that the antique weapons Augustus went to such lengths to acquire were meant as gifts for you.
Augustus: Please. If I hadn't intentionally let the confiscation happen, do you really think that little security team at your Bureau could have seized them?
Augustus: As my favored subordinate, how will others know you're mine without an antique blade from me strapped to your side? Come, choose whichever you like.
Chief: I don't think that's appropriate. These are far too valuable. Antiques like these belong in a collection room under careful preservation. I'll ruin such a luxurious gift if I carry it around with me everywhere.
System Notifications: Augustus simply smiles as she slides the blade back into its sheath.
Augustus: Oh, I'm sure you will take good care of it. And don't forget that these are weapons made to spill blood on the battlefield.
Augustus: Those conceited nobles who procure them just to have them locked away in vacuum-sealed display cases, meticulously maintained and protected from the slightest scratch—that's the real ruin of the purpose of these fine weapons.
Augustus: I bought them precisely to save them from such a pathetic fate. And I'm offering them to you to fulfill their true purpose. Don't disappoint me.
System Notifications: You continue shaking your head. Accepting such a lavish gift would be highly inappropriate for a DisCity civil servant like yourself.
System Notifications: Augustus shrugs.
Augustus: Fine, I can't force you to accept the gift. But since I've brought them here anyway... let's have a sparring match. Help me sharpen their edges.
Chief: ...What?!
System Notifications: Augustus casually picks up two weapons from the collection.
Augustus: Go on, pick one.
• Prompt: Pick up the sword
• Augustus: Excellent choice. The sword's previous owner was said to be royalty from a small nation. After being captured during a war, he used this very blade to slit his own throat.
• Chief: Are you implying something?
• Augustus: Quite the contrary. I'm betting you'll make this sword worthy of going down in history as a conqueror's blade, instead of a suicide tool for the defeated.
• Prompt: Pick up the scimitar
• System Notifications: You hear Augustus's whistle.
• Augustus: Perfect choice. Clearly, you haven't heard of the curse of this blade. All its owners met grisly ends. The first was gutted by enemies. The second lost his grip on it accidentally while chopping wood and split his own skull open...
• Chief: Sounds ominous...
• Augustus: It's only an object... On the contrary, it should fear you.

⚠⚠⚠ The General's Ball
The Bureau has organized a grand ball to celebrate its victory.
System Notifications: Following the success of a major operation, the Bureau has organized a grand ball to celebrate its victory. You navigate through the crowd with a drink in hand, but your gaze keeps getting drawn to Augustus, who is no doubt the center of attention tonight.
Guest A: Miss Augustus, I've heard so much about you. Might I have the honor of sharing a dance with you?
Guest B: Miss Augustus, my family runs an arms-dealing business in WhiteSands. I wonder if I might have the honor of...
System Notifications: Surrounded by the crowd, Augustus has an almost luminous presence, like a star drawing the planets into its orbit. Everyone unconsciously revolves around her. Your own gaze, too, often lingers on her longer than intended.
Augustus: Your proposals are intriguing, ladies and gentlemen. However, I have more pressing matters to attend to at the moment. Please excuse me.
Augustus: You don't have to steal glances at me like that, you know. You're welcome to admire me openly.
• Prompt: Admit it
• Chief: You stand out in the crowd, General. That's why my eyes lingered.
• Augustus: Then we should make ourselves stand out even more.
• System Notifications: Augustus takes your hand and guides you to the center of the dance floor, skillfully weaving between the other dancers. Throughout the entire dance, until you're both satisfied, she never once lets go of your hand.
• Prompt: Deny it
• Chief: I just happened to glance in that direction.
• Augustus: Oh? So I still managed to catch your eye after all, Chief.
• Augustus: Since we're here at just the perfect moment, why don't we lead the next dance together?
• System Notifications: Augustus reaches for your hand, only to discover you're still holding a cocktail.
• Chief: Wait, I haven't finished my drink...
• System Notifications: Augustus takes your glass and downs all the remaining cocktail in one gulp.
• Augustus: Now you can come dance with me, Chief.
• System Notifications: She swiftly pulls you onto the dance floor. As the music begins, her eyes lock intensely with yours, sending a wave of nervousness through you that makes you lose your carefully maintained rhythm.
• Prompt: Look away
• Augustus: Where are you looking, Chief? This is your real *battlefield* right here.
• Prompt: Compose yourself and maintain eye contact
• Augustus: Your steps are all over the place, yet you can't take your eyes off me. I see you know exactly how to please me.
• System Notifications: Like in a silent duel, you compose yourself and meet her gaze directly. But you neglect your steps, landing right on the tip of her shoe, causing her to break into uncontrollable laughter.
• Augustus: Well done, that hurt. Are you trying to make sure I remember tonight, or... do you want me to get my *revenge* right now?
