After dealing damage with normal attack, inflicts a [Rising Wind] mark on the enemy. For each enemy carrying a [Rising Wind] mark, Physical Damage increases by 4%. If the character is a Reticle Sinner, they gain an additional 4% boost. This effect stacks up to 4 times.
